| Marathokampos is located at the southeast part of the island of Samos, 400 meters above the sea. Because of it s place, there is a panoramic view in every part of the village. It has a very interesting architectural structure, with a huge variety of buildings. This fact gives evidence of the arrival of builders from different places of Greece. Thats why there are houses build in Peloponnisian structure, or you can find archags, cobbled streets, big stone-churches, etc. The adornment of the village is it s school, because it has been build with carved stone from Samos. | |
